Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy
Effective August 4, 2026 · bruxo.ai · This policy covers health-related data and supplements our general practices. Written to satisfy the Washington My Health My Data Act and similar laws — and, more importantly, to be read.
What we collect that may count as health data
- What you tell the bruxo or type into a form — for example "I wake at 3 AM", your sleep habits, or the concern that brought you here.
- Your birth date, time and city, when you enter them into a calculator or order a Map.
- Your email address, when you choose to leave it.
We collect it one way only: you type it. No inference from browsing, no purchase of data about you, no data from other sites.
What we use it for
- To forge the thing you asked for — a reading, a Map, a calendar.
- To write to you at the email you left, about the thing you left it for.
That is the whole list.
What we never do
- We do not sell your health data. Not to anyone, not ever.
- We do not share it with third parties for their own use.
- We run no advertising pixels or third-party trackers on the consultation, the calculators, or your results.
- We do not use your answers to change your price. The price is the price, for everyone.
Who can see it
Only the operator of the apothecary, and the infrastructure that necessarily processes it (our server, and the AI service that writes your reading while it is being written). No one else.
How long we keep it
As long as needed to serve you, or until you ask us to burn it — whichever comes first. Your Map is yours: you may ask the apothecary to delete everything it knows about you.
Your rights
You may ask, at any time: what we hold about you, a copy of it, its correction, or its complete deletion. You may also withdraw any consent you gave. We honor these requests for everyone, not only Washington residents, within 30 days.
How to exercise them: write to suporte@bruxo.ai from the email you used, with the word BURN or the request in plain words. If your request is denied for a legal reason, the reply will say why and how to appeal by simply replying.
Consent
By typing health-related details into the consultation or a form, you consent to this collection for the purposes above — and nothing more. Sharing beyond this policy would require your separate, explicit consent, which we currently never ask for because we do not share.
Not medical advice. The apothecary's pages and artifacts are for personal reflection and wellbeing; legend is always labeled as legend. If your body raises a real flag — chest pain, shortness of breath, blood where it shouldn't be, a mind leaning dark — see a doctor the same day, no tea and no waiting.
